There are several DVDs in the Library's collection that you can check out: the first one is Wondrous Secrets of the Ocean Realm. It is a four disc set that explores and examines the variety of life in the ocean.

Dawn of the Ocean discusses the forces that created the surface of the ocean and looks at attempts to document the spectrum of marine life.
And of course you have to watch Jean-Michel Cousteau Ocean Adventures. You will marvel as you watch him and his team dive hundreds of feet beneath the ocean's surface and encounter its inhabitants.
After watching these movies, I hope you will have a better appreciation of the water around us, specially since the oceans cover 71% of the earth's surface.
